1. What SkillGod Is

SkillGod is a CLI tool that provides skill injection and memory persistence for AI coding tools. The engine is MIT licensed (open source). The vault content is CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 (see section 4).

2. Free Tier

Free tier is provided as-is, no warranty. We may change or discontinue the free tier with 30 days notice.

3. Pro Subscription

• +Billed monthly via Razorpay.
• +Cancel anytime — access continues until period ends.
• +No refunds on partial months.
• +Price may change with 30 days notice to your email.

4. Vault License

Engine code (engine/, cli/, hooks/) — MIT License. Use, modify, and distribute freely.

Vault content (vault/) — CC BY-NC-ND 4.0.

You MAY:

• +Use the skills personally with SkillGod.

You MAY NOT:

• –Redistribute the vault commercially
• –Use vault content in a competing product
• –Modify and redistribute skills
• –Scrape or bulk-export vault content

5. License Keys

• +License keys (subscription IDs) are non-transferable
• +Bound to your machine
• +Valid for one active installation
• +Multiple machines require multiple subscriptions

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use SkillGod to:

• –Circumvent AI safety systems
• –Generate harmful content
• –Reverse engineer the vault encryption
• –Redistribute paid vault content

7. Signal Collection

• +Signal collection is opt-in
• +Signals are anonymous (skill_id + quality_score only)
• +We use signals to improve the vault
• +You can opt out at any time

8. Canary Tokens

Paid vault skills contain embedded tracking tokens. Leaking vault content is detectable and traceable. Violation terminates your license immediately.

9. Disclaimer

SkillGod is provided as-is. We are not liable for AI outputs generated with or without SkillGod. Use AI coding tools responsibly.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes resolved in courts of India.
